Scope of data
We process data provided in the reservation form (name, surname, email, phone, address) exclusively for brokerage execution, legal verification and communication.
Legal basis
GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — performance of contract. GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest (anti-abuse).
Retention period
Data is retained for the duration of the contract and 6 years post-transaction in line with accounting and tax obligations.
User rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing. Complaints to the supervisory authority.
Cookies and tracking
We use minimal functional cookies and passive referrer-based source detection without advertising profiling.
Data sharing
Data is not sold. We share it only with logistics, notarial and legal partners to the extent necessary to perform the contract.
