After your MAKK GL payment is confirmed we immediately begin negotiations.

We send a dedicated photo session and inspection video from a private visit within 30 days.

We arrange your in-person visit anywhere in Europe to confirm the reservation.

Full documentation, title deed review, legal status and FuturoX AI verification.

Notarial finalisation (remote or in-person) and handover of keys.

Due to the brokerage model and the portal's early stage, full execution takes 30 to 50 days.
